Solution 01 · Back office

A back office that stops retyping what is already written.

Invoicing, reconciliation, delivery notes and financial reporting automated with AI. Your team stops entering the same data into three different places.

  • Scope and price fixed per phase
  • Inside your ERP, without changing tools
  • Human validation wherever a mistake costs money

What changes in your back office.

The back office concentrates a good share of the operating time that produces nothing: invoices arriving by email, delivery notes to be matched against the order, reconciliations left until month-end, and reports rebuilt by copying data between the ERP and a spreadsheet.

What exactly we automate.

01

Supplier invoices that post themselves

They arrive by email, are read on arrival and posted to your ERP already structured: number, date, amount, tax ID and line items. They are matched against the purchase order and, if something does not add up, the right person is told before anything is posted.

  • Duplicate control before posting
  • Delivery notes filtered out so they do not post as invoices
  • The original PDF attached to the entry

02

Continuous bank reconciliation

Instead of reconciling at month-end, a daily process reads the movements, matches them against what the ERP has issued and paid, proposes the obvious matches and queues the rest. The close stops being an event.

03

Automatic delivery-note matching

Each delivery note is matched against its purchase order. What agrees carries on; what does not is escalated there and then, not six months later.

04

Financial reporting in one place

ERP, payment gateway and bank data in a single panel, current, with alerts. No more shared spreadsheet nobody trusts is up to date.
